A simple way to prepare Cosamia


  • Fries
  • Cashier (lunch)
  • Cheese or Mozzarella
  • Béchamel sauce

Bechamel sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 bags of milk
  • salt
  • Black pepper

Bechamel method:

First we put the butter on the stove, then put the flour and stir lightly until lightly browned
Then put the liquid milk and stir until it weighs the béchamel and add salt and black pepper.

Cosamia method

We put fried potatoes in the tagine, on top of it a layer of grated lunch and grated mozzarella cheese, and add the béchamel, grated cheese, put in the preheated oven until the face turns red. Serve hot, healthy and comforting
