The way to prepare
We take the Moroccan Hibiscus, wash them well, tie them into small bundles, finely chop them and put them in the steamer to steam well.
Chop the parsley, cilantro, garlic and salt and put it in the mortar and its nuts until the elements become in the form of a paste. We put it in a saucepan and pour olive oil, paprika and cumin over it and stir to fry a little, add the legumes to it and fry them well, add half of the sour juice, and do – fry it until it dries out of the water and serve it decorated with candied lemon and hot olives
