3 tablespoons of turmeric powder + a few drops of coconut oil.
Mix turmeric with coconut oil to get a thick paste and apply on your feet.
Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
You can wrap your feet in a piece of cloth to prevent turmeric mess and bedding stains.
Note: Turmeric leaves your feet yellow for a few days after you stop using it.
- Yeast and lemon recipe:
A tablespoon of petroleum jelly + a tablespoon of yeast – a lemon.
Mix the ingredients together, then put your feet in the resulting mixture and cover them with a plastic bag for thirty minutes, then rub your feet with a pumice stone and wash them with warm water.
- Glycerin and rose water recipe:
This mixture is one of the best mixtures that give hydration and freshness to the skin, and one of the best recipes that fight the austerity and dryness of the feet.
Two tablespoons of glycerin – a spoon of rose water – a spoon of lemon juice.
Mix all the ingredients well until the mixture becomes sticky.
Put your feet in it at night and cover them with socks until morning, then wash your feet with warm water.
Repeat the recipe for a few days until your feet feel better.
- Brown sugar recipe:
Brown sugar is a natural skin moisturizer that helps you achieve smooth, hydrated heels.
Two tablespoons of brown sugar – a tablespoon of lemon juice – a teaspoon of honey – a teaspoon of olive oil – ½ bucket of warm water.
- Combine brown sugar, honey, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Mix well until you get a sticky and thick paste.
- Add the mixture to lukewarm water and soak your feet in it for 10 minutes.
- Apply brown sugar to your feet and massage in circular motions.
- Wash feet with lukewarm water.

- Honey recipe:

½ cup of warm water – a cup of honey.
Put the water in a large bowl, then add the honey and mix well.
